So lets just get to my 5. Here are some things that only take 5 minutes or less, and make your life so much easier.
Back up your blog. Can you believe I've never done this? How much would my life suck if it all somehow got lost? I would probably have an insane meltdown which would most likely lead to some sort of court ordered anger management. It's my new goal to do this weekly.

Clean your bathroom. Seriously, 5 minutes of wiping stuff down helps SO much. I try to take 5 minutes (I set a timer on my phone because I'm a child) and see how much I can get done in 5 minutes. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it works. Doing this every few days helps keep soap scum off your tile and saves you so much work down the road. I will admit, I've been slacking this week.
Clean up your inbox. For some reason, I'm awful at this one. I let junk emails pile up, and never get around to either addressing them or deleting them. (For the blog: I try to reply to everyone's comments via email, so make sure you're not a "no reply blogger.") Also, going through and unsubscribing to junk email is something I never do. I delete the same Bed Bath and Beyond email every day.
Stretch. I used to be the stretching queen when I did ballet. I'd say I spent probably an hour stretching throughout the day. I was ALWAYS stretching my feet, hips, calves, etc. Now that I'm a "runner," my stretching routine is pretty nonexistent. If I just took a little bit of time while watching TV at night or after my runs, I think my legs would definitely thank me.
