Fall Haul- Clothing

Hey guys!  As promised, I'm sharing some of my favorite new purchases for fall.  As always, I found stuff on clearance and used lots of coupons and rewards to get some great deals.  As you can see, I chose a lot of neutral colors along with skinny stripes.  These will make it easy to pair lots of bold accessories.

1. Grey skinny "Rockstar" jeans from Old Navy:

I've worn my white skinnies to death this summer, and I'm so sad to put them away for fall and winter.  I wanted a cool weather alternative to jeans, so these grey skinnies work perfectly.  I can't wait to tuck them into some black riding boots with a cozy sweater.

2. Striped light weight Hoodie from Old Navy:

This hoodie is amaaazing.  I'm thinking about buying it in some other colors.  It's really light weight (not your traditional sweatshirt), so you can pair it under a jacket when it gets chilly.  So soft and comfy.  It's actually under the "lounge" category on the Old Navy website.

3. Chambray button down from J. Crew:

For some reason, I was putting off getting one of these shirts.  I kind of thought that it was  a trend, and I would be buying one too late in the game.  WRONG!  It looks like chambray is here to stay, and I finally have one of my very own.  The J. Crew one is a little bit more than I typically spend on a shirt, but well worth it.

4.) Striped cardigan sweater from Banana Republic

This sweater is my favorite purchase in a long time.  It is super soft and comfy.  I like to wear it over a simple tank with jeans.  It isn't on sale yet, but I bought it with my Banana card and got 35% off.  Do yourself a favorite and pick one of these up.  You won't regret it!

5.) Cream striped henley from Old Navy

At first, I was kind of so-so on this shirt.  It has ruffles, and I'm definitely not a ruffles kind of girl.  It was DIRT CHEAP at Old Navy and is perfect for layering.  SOLD!

6.) Converse dress from Target

Oh Target... my HG.  I found this Converse dress on clearance.  Technically, it is a summery dress, but it is perfect for grey tights, brown boots and a cardigan.  The neckline is high enough that you can wear it to church (a BIG struggle of mine- finding cute/conservative clothes to wear to church that aren't boring).  The cinched waist would also be perfect with a chunky belt.

7.) 3/4 Cardigan from Old Navy

Yup, I sound like a broken record when I say that I got an amazing deal on this cardigan.  I'm thinking that pairing this sweater with a fall scarf and some boots will be really cute.  It is super soft, and I'm already eyeing it in some other colors.

Stay tuned for tomorrow's post: Fall Haul- Cosmetics.

  1. Cute picks! I have to admit I haven't been it an Old Navy in years. The one near me closed a few years ago and I just never think of driving 20min to go to another one. I love that Banana striped cardigan!!

  3. Love your picks! I have #2 and it is so soft and comfy! The blue dress is pretty too! A big chunky knit sweater or cardigan is my favorite!

  4. I LOVE Old Navy's Rockstar skinny jeans! I seriously own about 7 pairs because they are too cute and too cheap not to buy every pair I like! :) I'm not yet ready to give up the white skinny jeans so I am still going to rock those as long as I can! My favorite fall/winter trend is going to be black leather leggings! I got my first pair and can't wait to wear them once it gets colder!
